Fees

This program is absolutely free and no fees is levied from individuals.
Purpose

This program is for supporting individuals who are in need of professional assistance to achieve their career objectives

To enable individuals to get guidance on their professional front to achieve what they want to in their career.

Provide perspectives on different options based on their professional/career aspirations

Provide necessary guidance on their weaker areas by understanding their ambitions
-
Provide guidance on how to leverage on their strengths
-
To help enhance problem solving skills, not by providing solutions, but, by enabling to self help.

To help bring in a thought transformation.
Mentee selection criteria

Nothing complex

Legitimacy of need

One on one conversation

Understanding of the problem statements, roadblocks, hurdles – both mental and otherwise
Method

The program will be run based on a systematic method that includes –

One-on-one open discussions

Small exercises
-
Behavioral analysis

Short psychometric analysis

Feedback sessions

Obligations
-
There are no obligations from either side
-
Opting for the mentorship program is purely voluntary and based on the need of the individual

Accepting and practicing the recommendations and suggestions are upto the individuals.
Termination
-
The mentee or mentor can terminate the enrolment when both or either of them feel that the objectives are not able to be achieved.

When the mentor or mentee finds there’s no value in the engagement, it can be terminated with mutual understanding of the situation.
Warranties
-
The mentor does not give any warranty to the mentee in achieving the career/professional goals.

This program is meant for providing a guidance on perspectives when clarity is required.

The mentor does not offer any job opportunities or placements, whatsoever, in any manner
Relationship
-
The mentees are expected to maintain a professional relationship with the mentor at all times and deal with every interaction in a professional manner.
Freedom of expression

The mentor and the mentees will have the freedom to express their views and opinions which may be acceptable or unacceptable, mutually. Subsequent interactions will be based on the same.

Both parties reserve rights to express their opinions
Performance evaluation
-
The performance of the mentee will be evaluated throughout the program duration on the commitment and future oriented actions.

Feedback will be given on conceiving the ideas adjusting the outlooks and mindset
-
Constructive feedback is the outcome of the evaluation that may be understood by the mentee
Program conclusion
-
All eligible (based on performance evaluation) mentees will be issued with a certificate of successful completion.
Process
-
Self check -> Request -> Acceptance -> Engagement -> Monitoring -> Feedback -> (iterations) -> Evaluation -> Closure
Get together
-
A voluntary get together, fully at the will of the individual, preferably, non-virtual, at the stage of conclusion with all the mentees of the batch and the mentor to share experiences and also to check on possible improvements to the program
